Introduction This assignment based on Leadership style and case study of HR shop as well as in this case study they use the different leadership as well as leadership is a quality in a person that can change the course of organizations towards the progress or destroy. A leader being the key person in an organization has number of responsibilities and motivations to keep the organization on the progressive path. Since the change is always on the basis of trials, hence the future state remains unpredictable till the goal is reached. There are many situations when the goals are achieved, underachieved or not achieved at all. Every action contains a well-planned trial of tasks and if the expected output is reached, the goal is achieved and placed for adoption that will improve the conditions. Action Oriented Leader This style of leadership requires immediate attention of the whole team in achieving a goal. The targets are fixed at a very short period of time. The leader’s experience and learning as well as decision making abilities helps to lead the team and in most of the cases, the goals are achieved. The leadership style is useful for small to medium sized organizations or where the nature of the task is very simple to understand. The tasks are easily broken into well-defined subtasks and the same can be executed by the team members. A participatory leader treats all the team members as equally responsible for successful execution of a task.
